YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our team for an impactful project in the Healthcare area. If you have a passion for IT service management and wish to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, this opportunity is for you!

YOUR PROFILE

Must Have:

• Higher education in Information Technology, Engineering, Biomedical or similar fields;
• Prior experience in IT Service Management, particularly in support;
• Fluency in Portuguese.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Agile methodologies;
• IT certifications;
• Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
