Right now, we are looking for a Service Manager / Operations Manager for
a client on our Talent Team.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Identification of operational constraints
    and implementation of corrective actions

  • Analysis of operational KPIs across
    different teams

  • Providing metrics and indicators for
    Service reports

  • Assisting in responses to RFPs and
    proposals

  • Project
    follow -up and coordination

  • Continuous
    improvement initiatives

  • Ensuring correct categorizations and SLAs
    within the ITSM platform

  • Ensuring metrics and SLAs are accurately
    measured in Power BI

  • ITSM
    backlog management and control

  • Proposing improvements to Client Service
    Catalogs

  • Monitoring and supporting Team
    Coordinators and Supervisors

  • Client
    relationship management and communication

  • Implementation of new operations,
    including risk assessment, operational profitability analysis in the
    field, and report preparation

  • Procurement of new services from partners
  • Procurement of new services from suppliers

Certifications:

  • ITIL
    Managing Professional Transition

  • ITIL
    Strategic Leader

 

You must have:

  • Previous experience as a Service Manager / Operations
    Manager / Project Manager, at least 2 years

  • Excellent client communication skills, as well as
    strong conflict management abilities

  • Strong sense of commitment
  • Ability to manage stress effectively
  • Ability to create and analyze productivity reports
    (Excel, Power BI)
