Right now, we are looking for a Servicedesk for a client on our
Talent Team.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Creation and management of user
    accounts in Active Directory (AD)

  • Provide technical support to users
    in Windows;

  • Perform software and hardware
    troubleshooting, ensuring quick issue resolution and minimizing operational
    impact;

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT
    equipment and devices;

  • Create, manage, and maintain user
    accounts in Active Directory and corporate email accounts;

  • Support basic systems administration
    and access management activities;

  • Monitor system performance and
    ensure the operational continuity of IT services;

  • Document technical procedures and
    maintain support incident records;

  • Collaborate
    with internal teams in the implementation and continuous improvement of
    technological solutions.

You must have:

  • Experience supporting Office and
    Windows environments;

  • Experience with software and
    hardware troubleshooting;

  • Experience creating user accounts
    (Active Directory) and email accounts;

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating
    Systems;

  • Remote access support for end -user
    troubleshooting;

  • Aptitude for Helpdesk/customer
    support;

  • ITIL course and/or certification
    (valued);

  • Ability to produce documentation and
    procedures for knowledge transfer to other teams;

  • Documentation of new procedures;
  • Updating existing procedures;
  • Excellent customer communication
    skills as well as good conflict management;
