Right now, we are looking for a Servicedesk for a client on our
Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide first -line technical support
  to end users in Windows and Microsoft Office environments;
  
• Handle stressful situations and conflict effectively
  and professionally;
  
• Meet defined service levels (SLAs) while maintaining
  high standards of punctuality and attendance;
  
• Contribute to a collaborative and results -oriented
  work environment.
  
  

You must have:

• Experience supporting Office and
  Windows environments;
  
• Experience with software and
  hardware troubleshooting;
  
• Previous experience in similar
  roles;
  
• Experience in telephone
  support/customer service;
  
• Knowledge of Operating Systems;
  
• Remote access support for
  troubleshooting end users;
  
• Aptitude for Helpdesk
  support/customer service;
  
• ITIL
  course and/or certification (preferred).
  
• Oral and written fluency in English.
  

Availability to work in
any of the following time windows:

• 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday;
  
• 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
