Right now, we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer Senior for a
client on our Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Design, development, and
  implementation of the new Compliance Application on the ServiceNow platform;
  
• Leverage the Integrated Risk
  Management (IRM) module, including Compliance Case Management, Policy &
  Compliance Management, and related IRM workflows;
  
• Apply strong ServiceNow development
  skills to deliver robust and scalable solutions;
  
• Translate Legal & Compliance
  requirements into secure and effective technical solutions;
  
• Configure and manage data models
  within the ServiceNow platform;
  
• Develop and optimize workflows using
  Flow Designer and related ServiceNow capabilities;
  
• Configure and customize the Employee
  Centre to support business and compliance needs;
  
• Create and maintain reporting
  solutions and dashboards to support monitoring and decision -making.
  

You must have:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow
  development;
  
• Proven ability to deliver
  enterprise -grade applications;
  
• Strong knowledge of governance,
  auditability, and role -based access controls;
  
• Ability to work closely with
  business analysts, compliance stakeholders, architects, and other developers;
  
• Strong collaboration and
  communication skills within cross -functional teams.
