For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

4+ years of experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC), or equivalent technical training, monitoring, analysing and protecting systems against cyber-attacks, malware, data threats and other security incidents.

Knowledge of security monitoring tools such as DarkTrace, CrowdStrike, GuardDuty, or equivalent.

Solid knowledge of network infrastructures (LAN/WAN) and network technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS/NTP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and MPLS.

Ability to handle, track, review, and prioritise tickets and tasks in accordance with SLAs.

Strong team-player mindset, with the ability to proactively identify, own, and escalate issues that could impact service delivery.

Willingness and ability to quickly learn new security and network technologies, often without formal training.

Availability to work in a 24/7 shift system, covering market operational hours.

Fluency in English (B2).

Availability for hybrid work based in Porto (3 days on-site per week), candidates should already be based in Portugal, with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
