Job Description: As the Social & Digital Media Coordinator at Barracuda Interiors, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our brand's unique identity and design ethos across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for capturing the essence of our daily showroom life, documenting artisans' work, and highlighting our company projects through engaging visual content. Your creative eye and strategic approach will help us effectively communicate our brand story, increase our online presence, and foster meaningful connections with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze key performance metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, optimizing budget allocation and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of showroom spaces, artisanal work, and company projects, ensuring they reflect the Barracuda Interiors aesthetic and brand values.
• Develop a content calendar and strategy for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with Barracuda's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Create compelling written content to accompany visual assets, including captions, blog posts, and website updates.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the Barracuda Interiors brand.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to enhance our online presence and reach.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all digital channels.
• Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and partners to execute collaborative campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Photography, or a related field.
• Proven experience in photography and videography, with a portfolio showcasing your creative skills and visual storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content optimization and engagement.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in interior design, architecture, or a related industry is a plus.
• A creative mindset, with a willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt to evolving trends and technologies.

Location: On-site position in Lisbon, Portugal.
