Social Media Advisor Italian Market Lisbon w/ Relocation & Accommodation

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Social Media Customer Care team starting in July & August. In this role, you will assist customers through social media and other digital communication channels, delivering outstanding support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through social media platforms and digital channels.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate more complex issues when appropriate.
• Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.
• Follow company policies and quality standards in every interaction.
• Achieve individual productivity and performance goals.

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at an intermediate level (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.

Employment Details

• Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal.
• Full-time position (40 hours per week), working 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
