What you can expect
The Social Media Analyst is team oriented and curious about social media and enjoys learning about new technologies. More so, the Social Media Analyst needs to be eager to learn, show adaptability to the ever-changing environment of social media, and be detailed-oriented.
- Research trends and industry standards on social media;
- Conduct social media monitoring by classifying social media contents per sentiment, identifying, and measuring main topics;
- Certify all requirements for data classification are met according to quality standards and in a timely manner;
- Conduct data collection regularly to meet project deadlines and issue real-time alerts;
- Check data accuracy;
- Based on the analyzed data, generate qualitative and quantitative insights / conclusions pertaining to the perception of the brand and the industry;
- Produce analysis and reports to be presented and explained to Senior Management;
- Analyze the brand and competitors’ social media performance and identify areas of opportunity using relevant listening tools;
- Test social media tools.
What you'll need
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication, International Relations or other degree (desirable);
- More than 2 years of experience proven with social media metrics, platforms, and trends;
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent English (C1) and native or near-native speaker Portuguese;
- Good oral communication and writing skills: you know how to report and explain data to different stakeholders;
- Curious and sharp analytical mindset.
