Role: Social Media Content Moderator

Location: POP - Porto Office Park, Porto

Languages: Italian (C1) OR German + English (B2)

Contract Type: Permanent

Base Salary: 14,000 - 15,000 per year

Shifts: 8 hours per day in rotational shifts; 40 hours/week; 5 work days; 2 days off rotational (Monday to Sunday, 07:00 - 16:00,14:00 - 23:00, 22:30 - 07:30)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate online content, including videos, complaints, and legal notices, to ensure compliance with client guidelines.

• Protect customer data and strictly adhere to accuracy and confidentiality standards.

• Audit, review, and update social media content.

• Handle inquiries and provide quality service to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in PC usage.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
