Requirements

1. Content Strategy and Creation:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with overall brand objectives.
• Create compelling and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonate with our target audience.

• UGC Management:

• Cultivate and curate user-generated content, fostering a sense of community among our customers.
• Implement strategies to encourage UGC submissions and ensure the authenticity and quality of content.

• Influencer Marketing:

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and brand advocates.
• Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and impactful content that aligns with brand messaging and goals.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of influencer partnerships and campaigns.

• Community Engagement:

• Proactively engage with our online community across various social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster meaningful interactions and build relationships with followers, turning them into brand advocates.

• Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor social media metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

• Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, e-commerce, UGC, and influencer marketing.
• Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve and drive continuous improvement.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in social media management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, negotiating with, and managing influencers.
• Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
