As the Solution Architect you will use subject matter expertise to act as a trusted advisor using functional and/or technical knowledge, product knowledge, industry and consulting experience and knowledge of their client’s business to deliver the optimal solutions and approaches for the client. Meeting with C-level, Director-level, management-level and user-level customer contacts, the Solution Architect must be able to easily adapt to each type of conversation, whether it’s strategic and high-level, or highly detailed and technical.

In this role, you will:

Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce Data and Marketing solution. Design and architect scalable and robust Salesforce Data Cloud solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Have strong presentation, whiteboarding skills and be able to effectively present.
Have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities, features, and best practices.
Have a strong understanding of data management, data integration, and data governance principles.
Manage the development of client site maps.
Facilitate ETL integrations with third party databases and CRM to map product and content catalogs.
Develop web, email, and mobile templates.
Collaborate with business leaders to design client segmentation and personalized campaigns that drive real business outcomes.
Work with project management to develop the overall implementation solution plan.
Work with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new customer experience strategies and ingest data to Salesforce data cloud.
Have technical and functional conversations with the client, advising and addressing concerns about Customer Data Platform concepts and technical architecture in the context of client’s business.
Provide supervision and guidance to development team to ensure the solution is implemented as per business requirement.

Requirements

Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalisation.

Experience with client segmentation strategy Customer Data Modelling best practices Proficiency in moderately complex SQL queries

Experience in integrating with cloud-based data warehouses/data lakes (e.g., Big Query, Snowflake, Databricks)

Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant Certification, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant), or other clouds) are a plus 3+ years in data model and architecture in the Salesforce ecosystem

2+ years in consulting, marketing project implementation, or project management using Agile methodologies

Skilled in creating Personalisation sitemaps using JavaScript.

Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations

Strong consulting, marketing project implementation, or project management experience using Agile methodologies

Excellent communication skills to be able to interact with clients, understand their requirements and provide them with the right solutions.

Strong analytical skills to be able to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to clients.

Excellent problem-solving skills to be able to identify issues and provide effective solutions.

Fluency in English.
