For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

5+ years of experience in a similar role

Strong technical acumen in enterprise software projects, SaaS, software development or integration, custom solutions, and technical documentation

Comfortable designing, troubleshooting, and working with APIs, Webhooks, ETL processes, relational databases, and web development technologies

Selling & scoping experience — exposure to pre-sales and selling motions, including requirement gathering, product qualification, project scoping, SOW execution, negotiation, and deal closing

Customer-facing experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, business process analysis, or technical sales engineering (preferably in a SaaS environment)

Cross-functional awareness — ability to collaborate internally across Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services

Fluency in French (at least a B2 level)

Availability for remote work based in Portugal (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
