Opportunity

The Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in demonstrating the value of the UJET platform and helping to drive contact center transformation.  You will collaborate with prospects, customers, and the Sales team, providing technical pre-sales and product demonstration support to drive platform adoption.  This position also supports the broader Solutions Consulting team as a technical resource for developing proofs-of-concepts and helping to configure and maintain the pre-sales demonstration environment.  As a Solutions Specialist, you will develop broad and deep expertise within the product and across the range of contact center management and operational methodologies, processes, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the value proposition of the UJET platform and solution through highly customized product demonstrations. 


• Collaborate in a fast-paced sales environment to identify and uncover customer business goals, needs, and pain points. 


• Act as the voice of the customer and collaborate with UJET’s Product and Engineering teams on strategic roadmap initiatives to accelerate growth.


• Create strategic and technical sales strategies, presentations, and product demonstrations for UJET’s Mid-Market team. 


• Configure and design custom, proofs-of-concept, prototypes and demo environments for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.


• RFI / RFP Answering

Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-facing sales, presales, consulting or architect role 


• Proficiency and experience with various sales methodologies (preferably MEDDIC or MEDDPICC)


• Hands-on experience working with one or more popular CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Kustomer, Oracle, Hubspot, Freshdesk or any home-grown CRM) 


• Proven team player – experience selling with an AE


• Experience with technology stacks including CRM, communication platforms, analytics, personalization technologies, AI tools and homegrown customer databases


• Highly dependable, self-starter, and high energy with a positive attitude. 


• Excellent organization and time management skills


• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation


• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience

Annual PT Hiring Range: €55,000 - €70,000 (+ Variable Compensation)

*A candidate’s actual placement within this range will depend on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
