We are hiring Spanish-speaking Customer Operations Agents to join an international customer support team in the fintech and digital banking industry.
As a Customer Service Advisor / Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers through phone, email, and live chat, helping resolve questions related to digital banking services, payments, transactions, fraud investigations, and account management.

As a Spanish Customer Support Agent, you will:
Provide multichannel customer support via phone, email, and live chat
Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts, transactions, payments, and banking services
Ensure first-contact resolution and excellent customer experience
Handle fraud investigations, payment disputes, and chargeback cases
Manage complaints and complex customer issues professionally
Identify and support vulnerable customers, escalating when necessary
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Work collaboratively in a dynamic fintech environment
Fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
English level B2 or higher
Minimum High School Diploma (12th grade)
Experience in customer service, customer support, helpdesk, or contact center roles is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze customer issues and provide logical solutions
Comfortable using digital platforms, CRM tools, and fintech applications
Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
