We are seeking Spanish-speaking Content Moderators to join our Lisbon team and help keep one of the worlds leading social media platforms safe and engaging. In this role, you will review content, apply community standards, and ensure a positive experience for users worldwide.

What You'll Do

As a Content Moderator, you will:

• Review and regulate content on a global social media platform

• Ensure all content complies with community guidelines and policies

• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards in every case you handle

• Escalate complex or sensitive issues when necessary

• Stay up to date with training, policies, and best practices

What Were Looking For

• Advanced Spanish language skills (C1, written and oral)

• Intermediate English skills (B2)

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (mandatory)

• Strong interest in digital platforms and online communities (interest in cryptocurrency is a plus)

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively

• Quick learner with attention to detail and professionalism
