Spanish Customer Support Specialist – International Hub (Portugal)

Are you a Spanish speaker looking to launch your career in a dynamic, international environment? We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team on-site in Portugal! The Role

  • Customer Care: Act as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Problem Resolution: Answer questions regarding product features, order statuses, billing, and account management with a helpful attitude.
  • Troubleshooting: Guide users step-by-step through digital platforms or basic technical queries to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Data Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and case details in the internal CRM database.

Working Model & Location

  • Location: Based on-site at one of our modern, high-tech office hubs in Portugal.
  • Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role with a multicultural and energetic team environment.

What We Offer

  • Salary: €1,000 – €1,390 Gross monthly (competitive within the local market).
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Relocation Support: * Flight Reimbursement for your journey to Portugal.

  • Training: Comprehensive paid onboarding and product training to ensure your success.

Requirements

  • Native or Near-Native Spanish: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
  • English Proficiency: B2 level or higher to navigate internal training materials and systems.
  • Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
  • Soft Skills: Empathetic, patient, organized, and a strong natural problem-solver.
  • Tech-Comfortable: Ability to multi-task smoothly across multiple applications and browser tabs.
