Spanish/Catalan & English B2B Customer Support Agent – Lisbon, Portugal

We are hiring multilingual professionals for an on-site B2B customer support opportunity in Lisbon, Portugal.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: On-site
Languages: Fluent English + Spanish or Catalan
Base salary: €930 gross/month
Complexity bonus: €65
Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day

Your responsibilities:

• Provide B2B customer support through phone, email and chat.
• Assist business clients with platform-related questions and technical or operational issues.
• Verify customer and account information.
• Identify problems and provide accurate solutions.
• Maintain high customer service standards while following internal procedures.

Requirements:

• Fluent English and Spanish or Catalan.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in digital marketing or paid campaign management.
• Previous contact-centre or customer service experience, preferably in an advertising technology environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts.
• A Marketing-related degree is an advantage.

Working schedule:

• Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday.
• 24/7 coverage, including night shifts.
• Two rotating days off.
