Introduction

We are looking for a Spanish-Speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist to join an international digital advertising project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will support business clients by helping them resolve technical and operational issues related to online advertising platforms. This is a great opportunity for candidates interested in digital marketing, customer support, and working in a multicultural environment abroad.

Relocation to Portugal is required, and a relocation package is included.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to business advertisers via email and chat

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to online advertising campaigns and tools

• Advise clients on platform features, policies, and best practices

• Ensure timely follow-ups and clear, professional communication

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

• Maintain accurate documentation and meet performance targets

• Contribute to high customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

• Native or near-native Spanish (C2) and English (B2) level

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Interest in digital advertising, online marketing, or technology

• Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment

• Previous experience in customer support or B2B roles is a plus

• EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit is mandatory
