Workster is partnering with a leading customer experience company to recruit Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Advisors for a project supporting a global financial technology provider specialising in digital payments and point-of-sale solutions.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for business customers using digital payment systems, card readers, and payment management applications. You will assist merchants with account setup, technical troubleshooting, transactions, and product-related enquiries through phone, email, and chat.

This is an excellent opportunity for Spanish speakers interested in financial technology, digital payments, and customer service. The position is fully on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, with accommodation options available for eligible candidates relocating from abroad or other regions of Portugal.

Your Role

Provide customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
Assist business customers with account registration and onboarding
Support merchants with setting up and using digital payment solutions
Troubleshoot technical issues involving payment applications, card readers, and accessories
Assist customers with product orders and delivery-related enquiries
Provide information about financial transactions, deposits, and activity reports
Guide users through payment processing and account management functionalities
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
Promote additional services and products through upselling when relevant
Handle customer complaints and resolve technical or financial enquiries professionally
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer service quality standards
