Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Spanish and Galician, Basque OR Catalan-speaking Customer Support Experts for one of the world’s leading entertainment and streaming platforms.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with account management, billing enquiries, technical issues, and questions about products and features. You will relocate to Lisbon with help of a package including flight and permanent accomodation.

Deliver professional, friendly, and empathetic customer support
Assist customers with account management and billing enquiries
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
Provide accurate information about streaming products, services, and features
Identify customer needs and resolve enquiries in a timely manner
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and performance standards
Communicate clearly and professionally throughout every customer interaction
Maintain a positive and customer-centric approach
Work within a multicultural and collaborative customer support environment
Work on a 24/7 rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
