Are you fluent in Spanish with a passion for entertainment, digital streaming, and technology? We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our international support team in vibrant Lisbon, Portugal, representing one of the world's leading video streaming platforms!
In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking subscribers, helping them navigate platform features, troubleshoot playback or account issues, and enjoy an exceptional entertainment experience on-site in central Lisbon.

The Role

• Subscriber Assistance: Support Spanish-speaking users via inbound calls, live chat, and email regarding account subscription plans, billing details, password resets, and user profile management.
  
• Technical Troubleshooting: Assist subscribers with resolving streaming playback errors, app installation issues, device compatibility (smart TVs, mobile, gaming consoles), and internet connectivity checks.
  
• Content Guidance: Answer general inquiries about content availability, release schedules, parental controls, and language subtitle/audio settings.
  
• Customer Retention & Loyalty: Provide empathetic, efficient support to turn technical disruptions into positive, lasting user experiences.
  

Working Model & Location

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
  
• Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a modern corporate office hub in central Lisbon.
  
• Schedule: Rotational operational shifts (40 hours per week).
  

Relocation & Onboarding Support

• Provided Accommodation: Company-allocated apartment or room (rent and basic utilities supported/covered) upon arrival in Lisbon.
  
• Flight Reimbursement: Initial flight ticket to Lisbon reimbursed after successful completion of the probation period.
  
• Administrative Setup: Full hands-on assistance with local Portuguese administrative procedures (obtaining NIF, NISS, registration with local health centers, and bank account setup).

Requirements
