Job Description -

Inviting applications for the role of MGA Finance operations Specialist _ Spanish

 

• Lisasing with brokers to identify cash received  

• Production of reconciliations of Websure accounts, including posting transactions and query management.  

• Assist the service company accountants with the internal and external reporting requirements of the entities.  

• Assisting with the annual audit.  Ensuring reporting to Websure is accurate and agreed to the General ledger / reported numbers.  

• Assisting and leading remediation projects based on Websure and Finance reconciliations.  

• Assist with the chasing of debts from external brokers.  

• Liaising with internal and external brokers and carriers to agree balances.  

• Working with IT to improve reporting.  

• Assist the Service Company accountants or Head of Finance Operations with any adhoc tasks.  

  

Person Specification:   

• Can maintain excellent attention to detail;  

• Experience in the insurance industry or finance role;  

• Good computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel;  

• Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure;  

• Innovative and open minded in approaching issues and determining solutions;  

• Confident communicator who builds good relationships across the business;  

• Self-motivated working as a team and individually;  

• Experience of Oracle general ledger;  

• Proven track record of innovation and process development;  
• Credit control experience.
