About the Role:


 


We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Sr. Manager Sales Excellence to drive commercial execution excellence by designing and improving the processes, tools, analytics and operating model that enable the sales team to perform at its best. The role acts as the bridge between commercial strategy and field execution, ensuring that business priorities are translated into consistent, scalable and measurable actions in the market.


 


 


 


Key Responsibilities:


 



  • Ensure consistent implementation of Route-to-Market (RTM), Picture of Success and commercial execution standards, translating commercial strategy into practical, scalable field execution plans and optimizing sales coverage models and operating routines.

  • Ensure alignment between business priorities, KPIs, targets and incentives, supporting the design and continuous enhancement of sales incentive programs.

  • Leverage advanced analytics, customer insights and performance data to identify growth opportunities, unlock commercial value and build compelling commercial stories that support decision-making and customer conversations.

  • Drive automation and simplification initiatives that increase sales force productivity and reduce administrative workload, while ensuring data quality, governance and adoption of commercial performance tools.

  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration internally and externally with different stakeholders to support business objectives and execution excellence.

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify capability gaps and support the development of sales effectiveness programs, promoting best practices, coaching routines and continuous improvement across the sales organization.

  • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, tools and commercial programs.


 


 


 


What Makes You a Strong Fit:


 



  • Degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience in Sales Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Revenue Growth Management or Sales Operations.

  • Project management and continuous improvement experience.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Advanced Excel and Power BI / reporting tools experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to influence and lead through collaboration rather than hierarchy.

  • Proven ability to manage change and drive adoption across diverse teams.

  • Fluent English.
