Requirements:

• Experience: 5 years
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role, with a focus on SRE and DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of cloud and experience with cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, etc.), logging (ELK, Loki), and tracing (Jaeger, OpenTelemetry).
• Knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
• Proficiency in application instrumentation, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
• Strong skills in programming languages like Python, Go, and SQL; and network protocols (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and process automation.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting distributed systems and identifying performance bottlenecks

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
