Strategic Business Analyst

We are a major IT services player looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with a top manager and P&L owner leading ~1000 IT professionals. This is a career-accelerating role intended to develop decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and interpret business performance data to drive decisions.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of business performance.
• Support strategic decisions and articulate messaging of their outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance, People, and Sales teams across borders.
• Gradually assume the role of representing your principal in internal settings.

• You've been working for 2–3 years in business consulting, audit or a similar analytical environment of the "Big 4" firm or one of their competitors.
• You actually somewhat enjoy case interviews in recruitment.
• You can think of multiple ways to calculate margins and measure business health.
• Excel and PowerPoint fit you like old gloves - you're already looking for your next set of tools among BI and GenAI options.
• You are fluent in English, not just saying so (we'll check).
• You regard interaction with Spanish and/or French colleagues as a free opportunity to improve your language skills.
