Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Swedish Speaking Corporate Customer Advisor. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in providing outstanding customer service and are looking to contribute to a corporate team that prioritizes client satisfaction and engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-tier support to Swedish-speaking corporate clients via multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding corporate accounts, product information, and service-related concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their needs with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Inform corporate customers about the company’s products and services to maximize their experience and satisfaction.
  • Record all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for accurate tracking and performance reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and technical support teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate or B2B setting.
  • Understanding of corporate customer needs with a professional approach to service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service applications, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
