This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic about social media and passionate about providing top-notch customer service to Swedish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through various social media platforms.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback received via social media channels.
• Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records for follow-ups and reporting.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback and improve service quality.
• Stay informed on the company's social media strategy and best practices for customer engagement.
• Analyze social media trends and customer sentiments to contribute to service enhancements.

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within a social media or digital communications role.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their nuances in customer support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
