Key Responsibilities

• Assist Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels, providing exceptional service and support for their travel inquiries.
• Offer tailored advice on travel packages, destinations, and accommodations that meet individual client needs.
• Design and create custom travel itineraries that reflect clients' preferences and ensure a memorable journey.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer concerns and inquiries to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and preferences in our CRM system for seamless follow-up.
• Stay informed about travel industry trends and destination highlights to provide current and relevant advice.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a similar role is beneficial.
• A passion for travel with good knowledge of various destinations and cultures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to excellent customer service.
• Able to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions with ease.
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard software applications.
• Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently in a remote environment.
