System Engineer

Join our client’s team as a System Engineer and play a key role in managing and evolving a global identity infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintaining Active Directory services, supporting hybrid identity environments, and ensuring secure, reliable authentication across enterprise systems while contributing to automation and operational excellence.

What You’ll Work On

• Operating and maintaining a global Active Directory environment, including users, groups, permissions, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  


• Managing authentication and authorization services using LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth.
  


• Supporting internal project teams with Active Directory and identity-related solutions and best practices.
  


• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments.
  


• Managing hybrid identity infrastructures across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  


• Automating operational tasks and administrative processes using PowerShell.
  


• Contributing to improvements in security, system stability, and operational efficiency.
  


• Participating in on-call support and resolving infrastructure-related incidents.
  


• Collaborating with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure a secure and reliable identity platform.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  


• Experience managing Active Directory in enterprise environments.
  


• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
  


• Experience with hybrid identity solutions involving Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  


• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, including LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth.
  


• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  


• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  


• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to operational support.
  


• Ability to work effectively in collaborative and international environments.
  

Bonus Points

• Experience with identity governance, privileged access management, or Microsoft security solutions.
  


• Knowledge of automation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
  


• Experience supporting large-scale global identity infrastructures.
