We are hiring T3 Developer Support Agents (French Speaker) to join one of the world's leading technology companies in the online advertising and app ecosystem.
As part of the Developer Support team, you will help developers resolve complex issues related to their applications, manage escalations, and provide clear and effective support through email and chat.
Your responsibilities:
Manage and resolve developer escalations and appeals
Investigate complex issues and conduct detailed research
Communicate clearly with developers via email and chat
Review and maintain data with a high level of accuracy
Interpret and apply platform policies consistently
Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely resolutions
Deliver a high-quality support experience to developers

Your profile:
Fluent French (C2)
Strong English skills
Excellent written communication

Comfortable handling complex cases and multitasking
Interest in technology, apps, and digital products
Previous support, moderation, technical support, or developer-facing experience is a plus
