Customer Service Specialist Automotive Sector

Location: Braga, Portugal (Remote must be based in Portugal)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team based in Braga.
You will be responsible for providing professional support to French-speaking customers, responding to their inquiries, and ensuring a high-quality, customer-oriented experience.

This position, within the automotive sector, is ideal for communicative and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy helping customers and working in an international environment.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Saturday 8-hour rotational shifts between 07:30 and 18:00
️ Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day per week

Profile Requirements:

• Fluency in French (written and spoken)

• English level B1+ required

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Problem-solving mindset with professionalism and empathy

• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

• Must reside in Portugal

What We Offer:

Compensation:

• Base salary: 880 euros x 14 months

• Performance bonus: 150 euros x 12 months
  ️ Meal allowance: 7.23 euros per working day
  Transport allowance: 20 euros per month
  Paid training from day one
