Requirements

As part of our growth
strategy, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People
and Culture team.

This role goes beyond
recruitment—it’s an opportunity to build strong talent pipelines and connect
exceptional people with high -impact technology projects.

You’ll work closely
with business leaders, hiring managers, and international teams, playing a key
role in growing CONKORD’s presence in one of Europe’s most competitive
technology markets.

What You’ll Be
Doing

• Manage
  end -to -end recruitment processes for roles in IT and technology;
  
• Collaborate
  with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs;
  
• Identify,
  contact, and attract top tech talent through various channels and networking
  strategies;
  
• Conduct
  interviews and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit;
  
• Contribute
  to initiatives promoting the employer brand and attracting talent;
  
• Ensure
  an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process;
  
• Support
  continuous improvement initiatives in Talent Acquisition processes and
  practices.
  

What
We’re Looking For

• Degree in Human Resources,
  Psychology, Sociology, Management, or a related field;
  
• Approximately 2+ years of
  experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition;
  
• Experience recruiting for
  international markets is a plus;
  
• Strong communication and
  stakeholder management skills;
  
• Proactive mindset, autonomy,
  and strong organizational skills;
  
• Curiosity, adaptability, and
  willingness to grow in a fast -paced environment;
  
• ​Fluent English is required;
