Talent Sourcing Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Assistant to support our recruitment team in identifying and engaging top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and developing expertise in candidate sourcing and market research.

Responsibilities:

▪ Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

▪ Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

▪ Screen candidate profiles against job requirements.

▪ Engage with potential candidates and support initial outreach activities.

▪ Maintain accurate candidate records within the recruitment system.

▪ Support interview scheduling and recruitment administration.

▪ Assist with recruitment projects and market mapping activities.

Requirements:

▪ Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related

field.

▪ Interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

▪ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

▪ Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

▪ Ability to work with confidential information.

▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online research tools.

▪ Experience using LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms is an advantage.

Benefits:

▪ Base Salary: 1200€/ month

▪ Meal Allowance: 6€/ working day

▪ Transportation Allowance: 40€ / month

▪ Work model: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office

▪ Contract Type: 6 month fixed term contract, renewable
