Aufgaben

Responsible in the fund department for corporate tax, international tax compliance (FATCA/CRS) and client tax reporting / Dealing with strategic and operational tax topics with respect to funds and clients / Review transfer pricing documentation / Dealing with international jurisdictions / Monitoring and evaluating impact of tax regulation in foreign countries / Worldwide tax reporting initiatives from OECD, foreign governments, and other regulatory authorities / Evaluating tax reporting and accurately reflecting international tax implications / Providing cross-business unit support / Analysing tax implications of contemplated transactions, business initiatives and proposals to aid in decision-making / Strong focus on improving controls and processes, including effective implementation of technology solutions / Regularly review operational control procedures and internal controls / Providing support to auditors during tax audits and handling correspondence with tax authorities / Ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

Master's in Law, Economics, or Finance / Professional experience at a Big Four firm or a top-tier law firm is required/ In-depth technical knowledge of Swiss and international tax law and transfer pricing / Understanding of tax accounting / Experienced with cross-border and international tax issues / Detail-oriented personality with excellent analytical and solution-oriented project management skills / Strong organizational and IT skills / Excellent in communication and interpersonal relationships / Fluent English.
