Location: Lisbon (hybrid, 2x office)

Ideal Profile

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in infrastructure, with 3+ years in technical leadership and architecture roles

• Background as a SysAdmin/Linux Engineer or Windows Engineer with growth into a Tech Lead role

• Relevant experience in technology project management or coordination within PMOs

• Strong knowledge in:

  • Hybrid environment architecture (on-prem + Azure and/or AWS)

  • Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), networking, security, and storage

  • Microsoft services (AD, M365), Linux, backup, and monitoring

  • Automation with PowerShell, Bash, Python (ideally Ansible or Terraform)

  • Storage and backup (Veeam, NetApp, Dell EMC, etc.)

  • Networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, firewalls)

• Experience with team management or technical mentoring

• Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented mindset

• English level B2 or higher (documentation, technical meetings)

Plus (not mandatory)

• Certifications such as AZ-104, VMware VCP, RHCSA, Veeam VMCE

• Experience with CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps
