Team Leader Compliance, Control & Risk Management

We are recruiting an experienced Team Leader to manage a Compliance, Control & Risk Management (CCRM) team based in Lisbon. This is a senior-level position requiring both solid CCRM expertise and proven people management skills in a multilingual environment.

What you will do:

• Lead and coordinate a team of CCRM specialists
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Support the team in complex case resolution and escalations
• Report to senior management on team KPIs and risk indicators
• Drive continuous improvement within the team's processes and workflows
• Act as a point of reference for quality standards and best practices

What we are looking for:

• English fluent (minimum C1) — mandatory
• French fluent (minimum C1) | B2 considered if highly proficient — mandatory
• Previous experience in Compliance, Control & Risk Management — mandatory
• Proven experience in team management
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
