Team Leader - Faro Airport (M/H/D)

At the moment, our Faro Airport Store team is looking for a new colleague for the Team Leader position. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations, leading the Mobility Advisors team, and handling the related administrative tasks, as well as conducting daily briefings.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AND HOW WILL YOU DO IT?

• You will be the main point of reference for the Mobility Advisors team.
• You will motivate the team and enhance their knowledge of the products offered to our customers, ensuring the highest quality of service.
• You will efficiently manage rental agreements whenever required, ensuring a smooth and simple process.
• You will drive additional sales by presenting options and upgrades that enrich both the team’s knowledge and the customer experience.
• You will contribute to the correct implementation of sales and quality processes, following the company’s standards.
• You will inspect returned vehicles and properly inform customers about the corresponding procedures.
• You will coordinate the daily operations of the office and the team, including scheduling shifts and working hours.
• You will conduct daily briefings, taking fleet availability and team objectives into account.
• You will coordinate daily fleet availability with subcontractors based on reservations and returns.
• You will identify the team’s needs, train and mentor new hires, and help retain talent.
• You will supervise operations to ensure the team achieves its objectives.
• You will carry out quality and operational audits, collaborating with other departments.
