Tech Lead | Hybrid (Porto, Portugal)

Were hiring a Tech Lead to join a leading tech consultancy working on cutting-edge projects in the automotive sector!

Location: Porto City Center (Hybrid: 12 days onsite/week)
Employment type: Full-time
Language: English is a nice-to-have (not mandatory)

What youll do:

• Lead and coordinate development teams

• Ensure high-quality technical delivery across projects

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA)

• Drive software development best practices and agile processes

What were looking for:

• Solid experience as Tech Lead or similar leadership role

• Fullstack technical background, with hands-on experience in:

  • VueJS, Nuxt

  • Node.js

  • Quarkus, Spring (any is a plus)

• Strong understanding of software architecture and agile methodologies
