Right
now, we are looking for a Tech Lead – Automação de Infraestrutura (Datacenter & Cloud) for a client on our
Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensure the
  availability, reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of
  automation solutions and the Customer Management Platform (CMP).
  
• Lead the development,
  maintenance, and optimization of automation workflows built with Java and
  JavaScript.
  
• Design and implement
  new features and enhancements aligned with business requirements.
  
• Promote and enforce
  software development best practices, including testing, documentation, and code
  review processes.
  
• Conduct code reviews
  and provide technical mentoring to team members.
  
• Ensure Continuous
  Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices through GitHub Actions.
  
• Support the automation
  of infrastructure provisioning and management processes.
  
• Produce and maintain
  technical documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.
  
• Provide
  technical support and guidance to teams involved in the operation and delivery
  of infrastructure services.
  

You must have:

• Strong experience with Java 8+.
  
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript.
  
• Good understanding of Linux commands and
  administration.
  
• Experience with Infrastructure Automation.
  
• Proven experience developing and supporting automation
  workflows.
  
• Knowledge of Apache/Tomcat environments.
  
• Experience with Ansible.
  
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub.
  
• Experience with GitHub Actions and
  CI/CD processes.
  
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented
  Programming (OOP) principles.
  
• Experience with JUnit and unit
  testing.
  
• Experience working in Agile environments
  (Scrum/Kanban).
  
• Experience performing code reviews.
  
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and
  problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work autonomously while
  collaborating effectively within a team.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  

• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure,
  AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
  
• Knowledge of Datacenter Infrastructure environments.
  
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Knowledge of REST APIs design and
  integration.
  
• Experience with Terraform or other
  Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  
• Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD
  platforms.
  
• Familiarity with observability and
  monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.
  
• Strong technical leadership capabilities.
  
• A continuous improvement mindset and critical
  thinking approach.
