Tech Lead- Flutter (Mobile)

We are currently looking for Tech Lead- Flutter (Mobile)
 

Responsibilities:

• Lead Flutter mobile app development across Android and iOS.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and performant mobile solutions.
• Mentor and guide Flutter developers; conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
• Ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD integration.
• Stay updated with Flutter/Dart trends and best practices.
• Manage technical risks and project timelines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in mobile development, 2+ years with Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter architecture, and state management.
• Experience with REST APIs, Firebase or AWS Amplify, and mobile security.
• Familiarity with native Android/iOS is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Location: Location will be Braga, Coimbra e Lisbon, and the working model will be hybrid
