Technical Account Manager

Position Overview

SingleStore is looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager to join our Technical Account Management team in Portugal. This role is ideal for a technically curious, customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and helping enterprise customers successfully operate complex data platforms.

As an Associate TAM, you will partner with experienced Technical Account Managers to help customers successfully adopt SingleStore, optimize production environments, and build long-term technical relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in distributed databases, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and enterprise customer management.

What you'll do:

• Support enterprise customers post-sales.


• Assist with onboarding and product adoption.


• Build trusted customer relationships.


• Troubleshoot technical issues.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.


• Monitor customer health and risks.


• Recommend technical best practices.


• Document customer activities and action plans.


• Track issues through resolution.


• Grow expertise in cloud and database technologies.

Your Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


• 1–3 years in a customer-facing technical role.


• Strong troubleshooting skills.


• Basic knowledge of SQL, Linux, or databases.


• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).


• Exposure to Kubernetes is a plus.


• Strong communication skills.


• Organized and detail-oriented.


• Eager to learn new technologies.


• Enterprise SaaS experience is a plus.
