Descrição do Emprego - Technical Account Manager (TAM)

QUANTA, the online B2B games aggregator and casino platform, is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM).


 


Reporting directly to the Program Director, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for our customers, Game Providers and Operators. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration, deployment and optimization of our products and services on our customer’s brands / websites, as well as monitoring and measuring our efficiency and effectiveness.



Acting as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, you will provide strategic guidance, technical expertise and support to help our team and customers achieve their goals. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership, project and account management.



The Technical Account Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that our product is being seamlessly delivered in due delay and respecting our partners’ and regulations requirements.


The ideal candidate possesses a blend of technical expertise, strategic and proactive thinking, has a growth mindset and is comfortable in leading projects.


 


Key responsibilities:


 



  • Collaborate closely with the Program Director and CEO to identify the needs and align with organizational goals;

  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical requests and escalations, develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as their trusted advisor for all technical matters;

  • Assess existing systems and workflows to determine integration opportunities and improvements;

  • Technical Consultation: Understand and assess customer’s technical environments, needs and business goals to provide tailored solutions and recommendations to maximize the value of our products and services;

  • Conduct technical onboarding and training sessions for new and existing customers;

  • Project Management: develop project plans, timelines and budget, translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives and lead their implementation;

  • Technical Leadership: Oversee the development, deployment and testing of integrations, ensuring they comply with the highest standards of security, performance and scalability;

  • Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related inquiries;

  • Identify and adopt new integration tools, technologies and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues proactively;

  • Establish KPIs, monitor progress and make adjustments as needed;

  • Optimize operational processes, systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability ;

  • Reporting and Communication: Provide internal reports on our products’ health and results, regularly update customers on product updates, new features and relevant industry trends, provide regular reports on account statistics;




Requirements:


 



  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as a Product Owner, Project / Integration Manager or Technical Account Manager;

  • +3 years of experience in a similar position, managing system integrations or IT projects, preferably in the iGaming industry;

  • Hands-on experience with software tools such as but not limited to Jira, Asana, any Data Analytics tool will be considered an asset;

  • Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence;

  • Familiarity in relevant programming languages;

  • Fluent in English - both written and spoken;

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills;

  • Results-oriented person who loves to reach and exceed targets;

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and startup-like environment, managing multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently;

  • Experience with Elastic Search and Github;

  • Soft-Skills: Strategic Mindset, Team Leader, Project Management, Attention to Details, Change Agent, goal-oriented and exceptional communication skills.
