Technical CS Specialist Search & Digital Platforms

Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00–20:00 | Saturday and Sunday 08:00–17:00 | 2 rotative days off

Start Date: 26 March 2026 (2 urgent) | 16 April 2026 (3 open)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: 1,100€ base × 14 months | Meal allowance 7.63€/day

Bonus / Extra: €135 productivity bonus × 14 months | €120 complexity bonus × 11 months

Relocation: Shared accommodation for relocators from outside Portugal (up to 12 months). No flight ticket.

About the Role

Technical support role for a global search engine and digital services platform — one of the most recognised names in tech. You will support Dutch-speaking users navigating technical issues, digital tools, and account services. The role suits candidates with a genuine interest in technology and strong problem-solving skills. Up to €255/month in bonuses, a permanent contract from day one, and two hiring intakes across March and April make this an accessible and well-compensated entry into Lisbon's tech support sector.

What You Will Do

• Provide Dutch-language technical support for users of a global digital platform
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to search, digital products, and account services
• Guide customers through solutions clearly via phone, chat, and email
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to appropriate internal teams
• Maintain high first contact resolution rates and CSAT scores
• Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
