We are looking for a French-speaking Technical Customer Service Specialist to join a dynamic international project in Lisbon. The Role
As a Technical Customer Service Specialist, you will:

• Support customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels
• Assist with product-related questions, technical issues, and general inquiries
• Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, e-commerce, and wireless connectivity
• Escalate complex cases to higher support tiers when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high-quality customer support
• Collaborate with internal teams and technicians to resolve customer issues efficiently

What We're Looking For

• French: C2 / Native level
• English: B2
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment and open to feedback
• Previous customer support or technical support experience is a plus

Key Details

Start Date: 09 July 2026
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)
Contract: 6 months renewable

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00
• 2 rotational days off
