Descrição do Emprego - Technical Customer Support

Position: Technical Customer Support Representative (German)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: On site

Employment type: fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with clients through various channels including phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms.
  • Assist with general inquiries, product information, and basic technical support.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with organizational tone and communication standards across all interactions.
  • Refer complex issues to appropriate internal teams or higher-level support.
  • Work collaboratively with technical staff to address and resolve service requests.
  • Organize and manage assigned support cases while adhering to team guidelines and priorities.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Native / fluent in German (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills across various platforms (phone, email, chat, social media).
    • Basic understanding of customer service principles and the ability to follow standard procedures.
    • Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot common issues with guidance.
    • Ability to quickly learn new softwares and technologies
    • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced or evolving support environment.

      • Gross €1100 + €135 complexity bonus + €120 performance bonus
      • Airfare up to €400 reimbursed at the end of 6 months employment, Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent of €280, utitlies and bills included. discounted directly from payslip. Relocation wtihin PT: no accomodation provided unless candidate currently living in accomodation provided by competitor.
      • 6 month contract, working hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational), Saturday and Sunday – 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. one-year retention bonus equivalent to one extra base salary, paid one year after the production date (the Monday after the starting date)
