About the role

Are you comfortable working with software and helping people solve problems? An international technology support project in Lisbon is looking for English-speaking specialists. You will assist customers using a digital platform, answer questions about accounts and payments, and help troubleshoot common product issues. The project offers technical training, making it suitable for candidates with strong digital skills who are ready to learn a new product.

Key responsibilities

Provide customer support across chat, email and phone channels.

Troubleshoot account access and basic platform issues.

Help with billing, invoices and payment-related questions.

Explain product functionality and record cases in the relevant systems.

Requirements

Good English communication skills.

Strong software and computer literacy.

Logical thinking and a structured approach to troubleshooting.

Previous customer support, testing or technical experience is beneficial.

Specific AI knowledge is not a prerequisite.

A valid Portuguese residence permit and legal authorisation to work in Portugal are required.

Work conditions

Based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Full-time position.

Working hours and shift rotation depend on the project team.

Initial technical training is conducted in English.
