Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational schedule)
Salary: +€1400 gross/month (12-month base)

Job Description

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a dynamic team within a leading company in the telecommunications sector in Porto. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and high-quality customer support for telecom solutions.

• Resolve customer inquiries accurately and with a pedagogical approach.

• Advise customers on available products and services.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent French (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.

• English level B2 (minimum) for internal communication and tools.

• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues with a customer-focused mindset.

• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.

• Comfortable using computer tools (full training provided).

• Availability to work Monday to Saturday on a rotating schedule.

• Valid documents to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or Portuguese Residence Permit + NIF & NISS).
