• Administer and support Veritas NetBackup (v8, v9, v10), OpsCenter, and IT Analytics;

• Manage Quantum robotics, Data Domain VTLs, and SAN Switches;

• Handle day-to-day operations on Linux and Windows Server environments;

• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot backup systems and related infrastructure;

• Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support, resolve incidents and service requests;

• Develop automation scripts (Shell, PowerShell), capacity planning, and reporting;

• Collaborate with networking, storage, and application teams.

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or an IT related discipline;
• Veritas NetBackup / OpsCenter / IT Analytics;
• Windows & Linux systems administration;
• VMware virtualisation;
• Network fundamentals (IP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6);
• Scripting: Shell, PowerShell;
• Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL;
• Familiarity with PowerBuilder (nice to have);
• Strong troubleshooting & communication skills.
