Test Manager

We're looking for a Test Manager to join an international project in the banking sector, contributing to the digital transformation of Customer Data Management. You'll play a key role in ensuring software quality by planning, executing, and documenting testing activities within an Agile environment.

-Define test approaches based on user story acceptance criteria.

-Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.

-Document test results, defects, and test evidence using the client's standards.

-Ensure traceability and test coverage throughout the testing lifecycle.

-Identify test risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.

-Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders in an Agile Scrum/Kanban environment.

-Experience in Test Management and Test Engineering.

-Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and test lifecycle.

-Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Octane.

-Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

-Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

-Experience in the banking or financial services sector is mandatory.

-Applicants must already be residing in Portugal
